Kharo (Indian equivalent of Baking Powder), 1 Spoonful
Salt, 2 Spoonfuls
Jeera Seeds (Cumin Seeds), to taste
Leela Marcha (Green Chili), to taste. Optional
Tal (Sesame Seeds), to taste. Optional
